An Associate/Affiliate responsibilities include: Support Client & Engagement Leaders in delivering business-focused relationship management and strategic engagement services through critical initiatives for clients Lead data analysis by utilizing Aon’s proprietary data sources and implement key findings in strategic recommendations Interpret data and deliver in-depth insights, conclusions and recommendations to clients Assess client risk appetite, identify unrealized cross sell opportunities, analyze capability gaps and critical success factors Develop and maintain a fluency in the company's and insurers strategy, products, leadership and operations to enrich client outcomes Develop knowledge about Aon’s products and services, whilst building relationships with Aon’s local and regional leadership Support sales efforts by conducting research on potential prospects Work together with the rest of the Aon Inpoint EMEA team on cross-client initiatives such as client events, thought-leadership material, and product market analysis. Desired qualifications for this role Associate role requires between 2 and 5 years of experience in business management, strategy, project management, data analytics, insurance or financial services industry Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered for an Affiliate role Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience with analyzing large / complex data sets and distilling useful insights from them Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management, communication and international mentality Experience in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel and PowerPoint Master’s degree Interest in developing a career in Insurance/Financial Services Fluency in English Other European languages are considered a plus We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation and equal opportunity to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
