Position Summary
Fulfillment representative’s complete tactical action requests ensuring proper Procurement support. This is a key role in centralizing tasks that allow the department to focus on strategic requirements. This position requires a colleague with strong systems, process, project management, time management and communication skills. Timely and consistent communication updates ensure requests are completed efficiently. Required communication includes emails, phone calls, and precise work notes being captured within assigned tasks. Additional responsibilities include trouble-shooting incomplete requests, supporting proper request submission, leading applicable supplier conversations, helping to drive the implementation of key procurement technologies, and acting as primary or secondary team backfill.

+ Participate in driving adoption for Fulfillment Request Intake
+ Support internal collaboration, knowledge share, best practice development, compliance, and benchmarking
+ Build strong working relationships to develop and apply improvements
+ Strong understanding of Procurement Policy with the ability to apply to use cases

SAP OTC/GEMS and SAP SRM
+ Master Data Governance Data Entry
+ SAP Updates (Purchase Information Records, Source List, Outline Agreements)
+ Power BI report creation
+ Model Maintenance (Data Requests, Material Maintenance, Vendor Maintenance, Ad Hoc Reporting)
+ Spend Profiling
+ Account Code Changes
+ Payment Term Updates
+ PO Maintenance (Increases, Decreases, Closures, Releases)
+ Sourcing Activities
+ Supplier Registrations
+ Supplier Information Changes
+ RFx and Contract Workspace Creation
+ Contracting (Alert Management, Signature Routing, Uploading)
+ Initiate Supply Risk Actions (Rapid Ratings and D&B)
+ Materials Specification Repository Maintenance
+ Savings Tracking
+ Ad Hoc and Recurrent Reporting
What we are looking for
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field
+ 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement and supply chain
+ Experience in sourcing operations, technology, and systems within procurement
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
+ Proven project and time management
+ Strong analytics skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP and Ariba
Preferred Skills and Experience
+ 3+ years Preferred - Working with others to translate and advocate procurement initiatives
+ 3+ years Preferred - Demonstrating high levels of collaboration, demonstration, and ability to effectively work across teams to achieve objectives
+ Experience in category management, line management, manufacturing, planning, sourcing
