We are seeking a motivated Associate Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. The successful candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will support benefits and compensation functions. Must be able to collaborate across People & Culture (P&C) functions, as well as with other departments within the organization such as Finance and Legal.
\nWhat You Will Do
\nCompensation Analysis & Administration:
\n\nSupport the annual compensation review process\nAssist in the completion of salary surveys and analysis\nWork with the Sr. Manager, Compensation in the development of tools & resources to support managers in making informed compensation decisions\n\nBenefits Administration:
\n\nServe as back-up for weekly retirement benefits payroll reconciliation and funding process\nAudit the weekly benefits administrator balance and arrears reporting\nConduct monthly, quarterly and annual benefits payroll audits to ensure limits compliance\n\nCollaboration:
\n\nPartner with vendors, Operating Company P&C partners and payroll teams to ensure smooth administration of benefits, accurate payroll deductions, etc.\nParticipate in annual benefits review process, collaborating with brokers and vendors to evaluate, select and manage benefit offerings in the US\nWork with Sr. Compensation Analyst(s) and P&C partners to provide guidance on compensation decisions for new hires, transfers and promotions\n\nCommunication:
\n\nAssist in the preparation and distribution of communication related to compensation and benefits programs\nServe as a benefits subject matter expert, answering employee questions and escalating issues for resolution when necessary\nSupport all Open Enrollment communication efforts (i.e., benefit guide drafting & editing, in-person and/or virtual benefits meetings, responding to employee questions)\nWho You Are
\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\n1-3 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits administration\nKnowledge of compensation survey tools, market-based pay structures and survey methodologies\nExperience working with health & welfare and retirement savings plan vendors\nProficient in HRIS reporting & analysis tools.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\nHigh-level numerical & analytical skills in Excel\n\nWhat's In It For You

\nThe base compensation range for this position is $59,700 to $71,800 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
