In this role, you will have the opportunity to work very closely with a team of consultants; learn from their experience and work closely with them on key client projects.

Offering an unparalleled level of service, Associate Analyst assists the senior team and clients by:

Answering day-to-day client account queries and providing creative solutions with the help of FactSet products,Successfully managing inbox by providing clear and concise instructions to our clients,Clearly communicating the progress on ongoing projects, tasks and deadlines,Actively collaborating internally with various teams and specialists to solve the clients’ greatest challenges,Presenting and pitching various FactSet tools and solutions to uncover clients’ implicit and explicit needs,Training clients virtually and building relationship with the key stakeholders,Assisting seniors in delivering added value solutions to our clients by proactively reaching out to clients and communicating the benefits,Implementing challenging projects which help optimize our clients’ workflows,Manage client conversion and coverage checks with the aim of contributing to ASV growth,Being a crucial part of the local consulting team by sharing knowledge and contributing to the company’s culture.

Requirements of the position:

Currently completing - or hold a completed bachelor’s or Master’s degreeFluency in English is a mustStrong numeric, analytical & problem solving skillsExceptional communication skillsEnthusiasm, drive and a desire to excel in a client facing role
