**About This Role:**
The Associate Analytics Operations Specialist will play a vital role in Forrester’s research analytics team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders in both research and operations. This position will be responsible for measuring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for business services across various industries. The role requires someone who pays close attention to detail and can manage projects under time-critical business deadlines.
**Job Description:**
+ Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare client performance with industry’s best practices.
+ Identify areas where clients can improve their performance and gain a competitive advantage.
+ Develop and maintain a repository of industry benchmarks and best practices.
+ Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
+ Develop insightful reports and dashboards to communicate performance findings to stakeholders.
+ Present data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
+ Monitor KPIs across various areas of client operations.
+ Track performance against established targets and industry benchmarks
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, research, operations, etc.) to gain alignment on KPIs and reporting requirements.
+ Proficiency with survey tools such as Qualtrics for building and distributing surveys, collecting responses, and analyzing response data.
**Job Requirements:**
+ A bachelor’s degree: a master’s degree in social sciences is a plus
+ One year of work experience — preferably in market research, consulting, or technology field — experience with data manipulation and analyzing large datasets, survey programming, project management, and proficiency with advanced Excel.
+ Proficiency in advanced Excel
+ Apply formulas, run tasks, queries, and perform data manipulation.
+ Clean, organize, and transform datasets using advanced techniques to ensure analysis-ready data.
+ Utilize Macros and VBA to automate tasks, create custom workflows, and develop interactive dashboards for efficient data handling.
+ Design and evaluate charts and graphs to present data insights effectively, ensuring clear and impactful communication.
+ Experience working with Qualtrics — build surveys, apply skip patterns and logic, set quotas, and build reports and dashboard using the tool.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
+ Superior project management and good oral and written communication skills.
+ The ability to work with a team under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
+ The ability to work independently without needing day-to-day supervision and as part of a global research team.
