The Analytics Solution team is responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems and ensuring that a strong environment exists as it relates to all businesses, products, operational areas and solutions.

As a Senior Associate - Analytics Solutions in our Bangalore team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This role provides an opportunity to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions to meet business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design and develop data pipelines to preprocess and transform data for AI/ML models.Applying advanced statistical and ML techniques, to extract insights from complex data sets.Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions to meet business objectives.Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Implementing optimization strategies to fine-tune generative models for specific NLP use cases, ensuring high-quality outputs in summarization and text generation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 

Minimum 8+ yrs of experience with Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative subject Proven experience in building and operating scalable ML-driven products in PythonApplied expertise in Analytical App development: Streamlit / JavaScript / CSS Hands-on practical experience in ML Algorithms / modelsSignificant experience in developing server side applications and REST APIs in Python using FlaskHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, Testing and operational stabilityExperience with No SQL database, Databricks, Snowflake, or other Cloud Data Warehouse

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  

Preferred having exposure to Business Intelligent solutions such as Tableau, Alteryx, ThoughtSpotKnowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Cloud Platform Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
