What We Are Looking For:

A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (0-2 years of experience)Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similarFamiliarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)Ability to work in a team, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectivelyProactive attitude, curiosity to learn new technologies, and adaptability in agile environmentsStrong communication skills and willingness to receive and apply feedback

Desirable:

Previous experience in academic projects or internships related to software developmentKnowledge of modern frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Spring, Django, etc.)Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Experience in web or mobile application developmentSkills in automated testing and CI/CD tools
