Position Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Application Engineer reporting directly to the Manager Solution Execution Team to support key Bentley accounts.
The Solution Execution team works with sales, solution engineering, and other groups to create demonstrations of Bentley solutions. As an Associate Application Engineer, you'll prepare demos and datasets, deliver presentations, understand customer needs, and share this knowledge within the global Solution Engineering organization.
Your Day-to-Day:
Promote Bentley solutions to infrastructure audiences. Create high-quality, repeatable demonstrations showcasing Bentley solutions. Prepare complex infrastructure datasets for user presentations and demos. Support sales and marketing events. Collaborate with Product Teams and Product Marketing. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
What You Bring to The Team:
Bachelor’s in engineering, Technology, or a related field; preferably an infrastructure-related background. Experience in Construction Management, Virtual Design and Construction, or Project planning is a plus. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new complex products. Technical experience in leveraging Architectural, Engineering or Construction Software is a plus. Outstanding speaking, presentation, and demonstration skills. Ability to explain complex topics to audiences of all levels of knowledge and seniority. Independent judgment, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effectively collaborate with teams leveraging communication and project management to define objectives and deliver focus. Ability to travel up to 20%. This is an individual contributor role. This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week. Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
