The Associate Application Specialist will assist senior team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers, to help them understand how the company can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. In this role, you will assist to ensure new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions.

Key AccountabilitiesPartner with business development team to grow frying oil solution business for QSRAct as customer facing technical support to strategic customers for assigned markets (SEA & ANZ)Accountable for on time delivery of customer projects for industrial frying & QSR with timely project update in systemConduct store visits and technical training to strategic customers on frying oil managementCreate post-visit reports and analyze oil usage to identify opportunities for optimizing oil quality and cost-effectivenessPartner with internal quality team on audit compliance, product documentation and complaint case troubleshootingCollaborate with regional frying oil solution team for cross region insight sharingIndependently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staffOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology, or related fieldsOther minimum qualifications may applyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 7 years of related work experience in frying oil related R&D or application rolesExcellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.Ability to organize multiple priorities on dynamic scheduleAmbitious, skilled in work planning and execution, seeking self-development and improvementCulinary experience is beneficial
