You will work closely with application development, infrastructure, and business analyst teams to integrate innovative solutions and provide valuable insights into the services they support. Responsibilities • Build and maintain Dynatrace dashboards for application teams, providing clear insights and actionable data. • Facilitate monthly Dynatrace User Group sessions, sharing knowledge and best practices. • Explore and incorporate Davis AI into existing monitoring processes to enhance monitoring capabilities • Participates in IT functions like developing, coding and testing computer programs. • Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation. • Assist with detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs. • Participate in contributing solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
