Visit cat.com to learn more about Cat Financial. Role Definition In this role, you'll provide technical support and enhancements for our enterprise monitoring platform, Dynatrace. You will work closely with application development, infrastructure, and business analyst teams to integrate innovative solutions and provide valuable insights into the services they support. Responsibilities • Build and maintain Dynatrace dashboards for application teams, providing clear insights and actionable data. • Facilitate monthly Dynatrace User Group sessions, sharing knowledge and best practices. • Explore and incorporate Davis AI into existing monitoring processes to enhance monitoring capabilities • Participates in IT functions like developing, coding and testing computer programs. • Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation. • Assist with detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs. • Participate in contributing solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. Skills Descriptors Technical Analysis: Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies, and activities in technical analysis; ability to forecast the direction of technical landscape using technical indicators and take collective actions. Level Basic Understanding: • Lists commonly used technical analysis tools and technologies. • Documents key technical analysis procedures and policies. • Describes basic concepts and major activities associated with technical analysis. • Identifies the sources of information to extract the required data and technical indicators.
