What we’re looking for

As an Associate Applications Engineer, you will be involved in a structured Associate Applications Engineer Training Program. This is a fast-track paid training program that challenges you to develop the expertise needed to tackle difficult technical problems.

Associate Applications Engineers are members of a team of highly motivated individuals working with customers crafting the most sophisticated hardware and software systems in the world and whose applications span the electronics industry. This training program will give you outstanding insight into our technical marketing, product support, and sales organizations. Upon successful completion of this 12-month training program, you will be eligible to advance into one of these organizations. Post-program opportunities include Field Applications Engineer, Corporate Applications Engineer, and Technical Marketing Engineer positions.

Associate positions require excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Some travel may be required.

What you'll bring:

Good English LevelGood verbal and written communication skills; very self-motivated and results oriented. Some international travel may be required. Able to integrate in an International Team with a good team player mentality. Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical, Computer Engineering or similar. Knowledge of the PCB design process from schematic capture to layout is important.The technical competencies requested are flexible, so possible different profiles can fit :IT Knowledge, database handling, and/or programming / scripting skillsOr/And : Knowledge and experience with signal integrity or power integrity analysisOr/And : Willing to discover Manufacturing world
