Your role:

 

Join our dynamic Healthcare Digital, Data & IT team and play a pivotal role in supporting Merck’s Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) software, Planisware E7. You’ll tackle technical challenges, provide expert support, and ensure seamless issue resolution. Your day-to-day will involve estimating implementation efforts, designing technical solutions, and reviewing code to meet internal customer needs. Collaborate with both onsite and offshore teams, maintaining clear communication through Jira and keeping documentation up to date. Embrace agile practices while continuously expanding your knowledge of business processes. This role offers exciting opportunities for growth and a clear career path within our innovative environment.

 Who you are:Technical expertise in Planisware E7 and familiarity with the Planisware PRO customization tool.Strong understanding of the Planisware E7 data model and experience with Planisware v2 scripting.Solid background in Portfolio/Project Management, Resource Management, and related functionalities within Planisware.Experience in L2+ support and change management for Planisware E7, including bug fixes and enhancements.Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.Experience working in global, cross-cultural teams, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.Self-motivated and passionate about technology, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
