Where you shine
As an Associate Art Director at VML, you'll leverage your design, concepting, layout, and typography skills daily to craft engaging healthcare communications across various channels, including digital, web, mobile, and social media. Collaborating closely with copywriters and creative leadership, you'll bring a positive and ingenious approach to every project. A key aspect of this role involves understanding differences in design approach for more scientific and patient-centric communications, ensuring that each piece resonates with its intended audience.

Education: BFA in Graphic Design or a related field. Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing strategic and conceptual thinking, with a preference for healthcare/pharma experience (though not required). Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your creative vision. Drive: A highly motivated and passionate individual with a desire to make a real impact in the healthcare communications space.The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
