Associate - Asset Management

Job Description

Provides clerical support in acquiring, tracking, controlling, and disposing of fixed assets in a manner that safeguards and allows for sound management of Concentrix's asset investment.

Supports in receiving, labeling, and maintaining associated records in the Concentrix's fixed asset auxiliary management database, participating in scheduled inventories and upcoming exportation or importations, and identifying and reporting obsolete and or damaged items.

Affixes inventory tags to designated assets and equipment and replace damaged asset tags. 

Performs field inventory by physically locating, identifying, and counting assets to keep the auxiliary management database up to date without repeated, incorrect, or inaccurate information.

Arranges and completes the physical transfer/disposal of surplus/obsolete/damaged items.

Assists with handling surplus and storage areas of the inventory section.

Resolves minor inventory location/usage discrepancies.

Takes over any asset assignation considering all the internal regulations and provides a record of the completed action to the user. Completing the request includes updating the fixed assets database per assignation.

Looks over the damaged furniture and arranges the asset replacement complying with all the internal policies and the provider's regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strictly adheres to guidelines for acquisition, maintenance, retention, and disposition of fixed assets and associated records, this includes both work at home and brick and mortar assets.Affixes inventory tags to designated assets and equipment and replace damaged asset tags. Performs field inventory by physically locating, identifying, and counting assets to keep the auxiliary management database up to date without repeated, incorrect, or inaccurate information.Arranges and completes the physical transfer/disposal of surplus/obsolete/damaged items.Assists with handling surplus and storage areas of the inventory section.Resolves inventory location/usage discrepancies.Takes over any asset assignation considering all the internal regulations and provides a record of the completed action to the user.
