Associate Athletic Director - Finance
Location: Loudonville, NY Category: Administrative and Staff Positions Posted On: Tue Apr 8 2025 Job Description: Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, located in Loudonville, NY is seeking an Associate AD - Finance. This is a senior leadership role in the department working with the Vice President/Director of Athletics to develop long-term strategies, strategic planning and provide financial analysis. The Associate AD-Finance is responsible for the department's financial and business operations; will lead the department's strategic budget planning, revenue forecasting and resource allocation; as well as overseeing endowed funds donations and NCAA/MAAC revenue distribution. In addition, this position will negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships, assist college finance with the completion of NCAA, government and MAAC Reports, and supervise the department's NCAA compliance office. Annual Salary Range: $66,400.00 - 69,720.00 *The hiring salary above represents the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 1-3 year experience in financial operations required. A background screening will be required.
