Position Overview: This established law firm is seeking a talented and driven litigation attorney with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. This position will involve representing injured workers in both workers' compensation claims and third-party liability cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients and an eagerness to grow professionally within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: + Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation. + Represent clients in workers' compensation and third-party liability matters. + Develop legal strategies tailored to individual cases. + Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations. + Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients. + Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. + Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
