Job Summary
The Associate Developer is responsible to design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.The ideal candidate is expected to have a solid understanding of programming concepts and a growing knowledge of AI, machine learning, and workflow orchestration platforms.
Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a willingness to get new certifications and collaborate effectively within a team are essential qualities for this role.
Summary
· Assist in configuring and testing solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks using robotic process automation (RPA) and other low-code/zero-code platforms.
· Document process requirements from key stakeholders, help assess automation feasibility and identify automation opportunities.
· Participate in deployment of process automation software and components, such as bots, orchestrators, development tools, and integrations.
· Track and resolve routine technical issues.
· Perform routine quality checks, code review, and testing in sub-prod and production environments.
· Prepare documentation related to technical designs, release notes, development procedures, platform upgrades and other related materials.
· Coordinate with stakeholders, other IT and Security teams as needed
· Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
Experience in software development, automation, or a related role 0-1 year preferred and Experience with database management, data manipulation, and integration preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of automation tools and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, workflow automation, or business process management systems.
- Knowledge of robotic process automation tools such as Power Automate, Blue Prism, UI Automation, Automation Anywhere, OpenSpan, UiPath, NICE, or Work Fusion.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, processes, and regulations is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile development practices.
- Basic understanding of database management and integration concepts (APIs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and design efficient automation solutions.
