At Manulife IT Delivery Center, we are looking for a rising star Associate Software Engineer, who is excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver. You will have experience in developing, testing, maintaining, and improving software applications as a member of an Agile squad.

 

We are looking for someone with:  

Fresh Graduates with 0 or less than 3 years of software engineering experience using Object Oriented languagesA degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields is essential. Persistent in learning and adapting new skills and technologies that will contribute to the success of the squadA passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions using knowledge of algorithms and data structuresOutstanding communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

You will stand out if you have:  

Knowledge of Backend technologies such as  JavaScript, Node, and JavaFamiliar with Knowledge in monitoring / Logging tools such as New Relic, Devo, and Kibana.Familiar with or knows the concepts Test Driven Technologies such as Jasmine, JEST, Mocha, JUnit, Mockito (Java)Familiar or knows the concepts of Agile scrum methodologies or experience working in an Agile team
