About the RoleZeta is looking to hire an Associate for the Business Operations - Credit Card unit in our offices in Bangalore/Chennai. We are looking for candidates who have relevant experience in credit card operations management. The candidates should possess experience in credit cards dispute resolution, settlement and reconciliation.ResponsibilitiesZeta is in agreement with HDFC bank to launch a credit card on Zeta Platform. Zeta team would manage the credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank.
