As an **associate brand manager, product marketing** you will contribute to the organization’s success by supporting the development and execution of our product campaigns, store signage and our digitally owned channels. These communication channels are foundational to how we connect with our customers every day.
Associate managers on this team add value by applying both our product and channel strategies into our store signage assets like menus, point-of-purchase signage and into our digital owned channels like our website and app. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups of partners (employees) to ensure a holistic customer experience across all our stores that ultimately helps Canadians discover and order their perfect Starbucks drink from coast to coast.
**In this role, you will…**
Support and execute the Starbucks Canada store signage and owned channel experience to help influence store level and mobile app purchase behaviour to ensure we achieve product marketing category objectives:
**Develop and execute the tactical plan for our menus and additional store signage/point-of-purchase assets for all store formats across Canada:**
+ Write and present seasonal store signage tactical plans to internal cross-functional teams.
+ Submit all required inputs into internal systems with accuracy.
+ Manage creative approvals, ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines and the direction provided in the brief.
+ Proofread store signage materials within deadlines for accuracy across all Canadian locations; makes appropriate edits as required.
+ Lead store planogram (Siren’s Eye) approvals, ensuring accuracy against the initial tactical plan.
+ Serves as the primary point of contact for Retail Operations and other cross-functional partners in support of launch management & general issue resolution (reprints, delivery, etc.)
**Develop and execute the tactical plan for our digital owned channels (Web, App and Email):**
+ Write and present seasonal owned channel tactical plans and calendars to internal cross-functional teams and external agencies.
+ Manage creative approvals, ensuring all assets meet brand and campaign guidelines.
+ Ensure delivery deadlines are met to internal teams, ensuring content is live on time.
+ Lead seasonal reporting to uncover key insights and optimize future tactical plans.
**Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to delivery against the go-to-market process milestones:**
+ **Support the Manager, Product Marketing with vendor and agency management, including ways of working, efficiencies, thought leadership and evaluations.**
+ Build trust-based relationships and creative and a inclusive environment through candid conversations.
+ Facilitate visibility of tactical plans to champion product launches in these channels through internal presentations to various audiences.

**Summary of Experience**
+ University degree in marketing, business or related field (an asset).
+ Experience in planning and execution of marketing campaigns, 2+ years (preferably owned channels and in-store signage/POP).
+ Project management in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, 2+ years
+ Track record of supporting successful marketing promotions.
+ Retail or QSR experience, preferred
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Knowledge and ongoing curiosity of the marketing landscape including; digital marketing, consumer behaviour, point of purchase collateral and printing.
+ Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment with problem solving abilities.
+ Communicate clearly and concisely to different audiences through fact-based storytelling.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Functions effectively with ambiguity.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to positively contribute to the Starbucks culture by consistently living our missions and values.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Workfront.
+ Bilingualism (French), considered an asset.
