Job Description

The Migraine (Associate) Brand Manager serves as the patient, brand and product subject matter expert to lead the comprehension of patient experience insights across the Brand Team and In Field Team. Development of Patient Journey to focus the Brand Team on the delivery of patient-centric strategies and customization within AbbVie business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. They will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to achieve brand goals and drive results.

Lead evolution of brand strategy, including value propositions, positioning, segmentation, omni channel strategy to ensure continued alignment against objectives and long-term plan.Lead strategy, development, and execution of tactics including creative development, planning, and measurement/analytics performance and optimizations.Collaborate with external agencies, internal partners, IFT, and leadership to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals.Work with internal cross functional groups (Medical, Access, Public Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory…etc) to ensure compliance and consistency in approach and messaging.Develop a strategic roadmap and implement new use cases involving new technological and operational capabilities delivered in partnership with cross-functions.Lead brand’s annual planning process, representing cross-functional brand needs in development, alignment, and presentation to senior leadership.Take accountability and responsibility for Brand Team activities and processes.
Qualifications

Basic:

Bachelor’s degree or above.At least 3 years’ relevant marketing experience with the ideal candidate having some previous pharma digital experience.Understanding of the principles of brand management, including brand positioning, personality & overall campaign development.Experience identifying key campaign metrics (KPIs) and utilizing for continuous enhancements and future design/innovation.Ability to influence at all levels in a highly matrixed organization, including senior managementStrong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-throughAbility to engage external stakeholders with traditional and innovative solutions.English language proficiency verbally and in writing

Preferred:

Demonstrated track record Sales & Marketing track record of success within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.Background in pharmacy, science, or biology is a plus.Neuroscience marketing experience is a plus.
