With the scale of our 2500 marketing community - alongside our leading-edge Marketing Academy - your opportunities to grow and upskill will be extensive. **About the role** Joining Reckitt’s Infant Formula Nutrition team as the Associate Brand Manager, Nutramigen you’ll take on strategy development, market analysis to excellence in execution. The Associate Brand Manager position resides within the Marketing function and will support the Sr Brand Manager and Brand Manager in the execution of the Strategy & Activation for Nutramigen. **Your responsibilities** In summary, you'll: • Support the Manager in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, and be responsible for ensuring successful and efficient execution • Support the development of tactics and execution of brand activations, including consumer promotion, social media, digital ecosystem management, and shopper programs designed to engage consumers at retail • Lead the analysis and measurement of performance (market trends, category, brand and executions), and identify drivers and drainers across the business to drive optimizations and growth. Based on knowledge gained from an in depth understanding of the brand and category, identify and recommend key initiatives • Assess marketing effectiveness and consumption growth by helping lead the analysis & defining suitable action plans • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategies for messaging, comms, promotions and operations • Day to Day management including budget to ensure efficient/optimal spending, and drive forecast accuracy & financial analysis • Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth and develop these insights into achievable plans **The experience we're looking for** • Minimum university educated (to Bachelors level) in a commercial subject. MBA is a plus. • 2-3 Years of marketing experience or MBA, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within a CPG or OTC environment • Prior experience in related fields (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Advertising) a plus • Financially and commercially astute • Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s needed • Experience in marketing models beyond traditional TVC advertising preferred (professional; digital; etc.) • Exceptional ability to influence and work within a matrixed organization • Excellent analytical skills and should be comfortable with Nielsen, concept validation tools as well as trade marketing and business insights • Strong P&L skills • Very strong verbal/written communication skills • Resilience and Ability to handle ambiguity • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills **The skills for success** Consumer Insights, Analytical skills, Brand Strategy, Category Strategy, Presentation skills, Drive Innovation, Storytelling, Creativity, Marketing optimization, Digital Marketing, Commercial acumen, FMCG/Consumer Health Experience, Brand Management. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
