Job Description

The purpose of this job is to support the Manager, Brand Marketing and assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies across all company channels.

Essential Functions

Strengthens brand equity by assisting in the development and execution fully integrated marketing programsPartners closely with Manager, Brand Marketing on the development of category marketing strategiesDeliver marketing programs on time and on budgetAssist Manager, Brand Marketing with managing agency partners by actively participating in agency meetings and providing feedbackDevelop project briefs, manage projects and provide feedback to ensure output supports brand strategyCollaborate on the creative process including copy writing, graphic design and digital designEvaluate and track campaign performance; actively look for improvement opportunitiesAnalyze research to build insights-driven marketing programs and to understand category and competitive trendsCollaborate with cross-functional team members to drive overall brand strategyMaintain competitive analysis, including competitive store and market visitsModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field requiredMinimum two years’ marketing or similar experience preferred

Specialized Knowledge

Advanced Microsoft Office skillsUnderstanding of social media and digital marketing trends
