Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Brand Manager to join the Dr Pepper, Crush, and Schweppes brand team in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, influencing the innovation pipeline, and driving brand growth in the Canadian market through best-in-classexecution.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for Dr Pepper, and Schweppes to achieve business objectives and drive market share growth.Marketing Campaign Management:Work collaboratively with integrated agency team to bring to life strong through the line campaigns, ensuring strong return on ad spend (ROAS). Develop and maintain performance reports to track the effectiveness of marketing activities and measure ROI.Market Analysis: Conduct market research, leverage and analysis data ( (AC Nielsen, Consumer Research, Insights, Financials, Customer POS etc) to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth. Use insights to inform brand strategies and marketing initiatives.Budget Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensuring we are driving growth and delivering on commitments through strong P&L management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, innovation, finance, and bottler partnership to strong collaborative execution of brand plans. Innovation:Influence and lead the innovation pipeline for the ABM’s respective brands, including but not limited to business case development, packaging, and launch plans.REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in Business and/or Marketing2-3 years’ experience in product and/or brand management, preferably in the food and/or consumer product industriesExperience with product and packaging developmentExperience with marketing project management and coordination within a companyExperience in working as part of a cross-functional team.SKILLS
