※Will be considered either G15 or 16 depending on the skill and evaluation 

Summary of Job Description:

Associate Brand Manager (G15) or Brand Manager (G16) for Dermatology Marketing team. 
(Position grade will be determined based on the experience and evaluation)

Major Responsibilities:

Work as a member of the cross-functional Brand TeamCollaboratively and closely work with other functions (medical, sales, business intelligence, in-field excellence, training, public affairs, etc.) within the Company to enhance the Brand Team performance and excellent execution of the strategyParticipate Brand Plan development process and present to various stakeholders in Japanese (in English, if possible)Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other external key stakeholders to obtain key insights and drive the execution of the brand planReinforce patient support programs as part of the brand plan to ensure appropriate usage of the productIdentify new opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needsClosely work with global/area teams to ensure alignment with global strategy, input ideas/facts/situations in Japan to global/area, and maximize the opportunity in JapanPlan and appropriately manage marketing expenses
Qualifications

Education/Experience Required:

University degree or above

Logical & effective communication: clear, concise, and persuasiveStrong interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills, multitasking skillsAnalytical ability and an innovative mindsetAbility to work in matrix / cross-functional environmentAutonomy, independence and assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essentialGood fit with the ways we workAdvanced written and spoken English level is preferred (At least intermediate level)Sales experience and/or marketing experiences are preferred
