Associate Broker, National Casualty

May facilitate and/or participate in client/broker strategy meetings. May send requests for quotation to a generally standard group of insurance carriers with limited room for negotiation and prepares reports summarizing results. Manages daily work within established guidelines and receives general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Individual with knowledge of the principles and practices within a technical/ professional discipline. Whether that’s group discussions for the practice, assisting with the technology rollouts, or analyzing processes to find solutions, we have an open work environment.   Skills and experience that will lead to success          Preferred 0 - 3 years experience within the commercial insurance industry Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point Needs to be detailed oriented Good Verbal and Communication skills Handle multiple projects/deadlines Ability to prioritize workload Must have the willingness to obtain an active Property and Casualty license within 120 days (4 months) of hire. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.   The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago,IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
