Principal responsibilities

Provide IT SME Support, resolve incidents and crisis situationsAbility to understand and follow Global IT, Risk and Compliance Procedures, Global StandardsProvide support to approved projects; potentially participate and/or lead efforts as required by the business (globally or regionally)Assist up/down stream IT Pods , Financial Crime Detection, and the business with in-depth analysis of data quality challenges and propose solutions.Motivated to work in a production and end-user support environment to bring developers and the business together
