Who we are…  We're your top choice for foam cups, classic red SOLO cups, and convenient take-out containers, ensuring you can enjoy your food and drinks anytime, anywhere!    What we offer…  + Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more!   + A supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes safety + Approved job-related training and tuition reimbursement     + Paid holidays and paid time off     + Relocation assistance Day to day Role: + Participate in strategic initiatives and data and analytics projects + Collaborate with departments regarding project requirements and design + Gather necessary information to provide timely analysis to guide decision making + Develop and run reports, design dashboards and scorecards, and provide analyzed data + Support data collection, cleansing, and analysis interpretation + Calculate, analyze, and interpret mathematical and statistical information to provide the needed data to analyze projects and achieve results + Compile and analyze financial and operational metrics to assess company performance and competitive position + Design and conduct analyses, develop findings and synthesize recommendations to deliver valuable, relevant, and actionable insights + Perform ad hoc detailed financial and strategic analysis of operations, markets, industry, competitors and customers + Perform analysis related to costs, benefits, and return on investment for strategic initiatives + Assist with analysis and metrics of strategic initiatives, focusing on value realization and business outcomes + Maintain familiarity and expertise with current company data management applications/solutions as well as next generation applications that may be implemented + Develop training materials and tools to assist people in better utilizing new or enhanced capabilities Core Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate must possess all of the following: + Requires one of the following: + + + Bachelor's degree, OR + Associate’s degree and two (2) years of related experience, OR + High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of business related analytic experience + Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into pieces that can be solved with data, analysis, assumptions, and judgment + Excel skills to include pivot tables, modeling, developing complex spreadsheets, algorithms, analysis tools, and presenting quantitative analysis + Ability to learn very rapidly, assemble and comprehend large amounts of information + Strong collaboration and facilitation skills + Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills + Strong analytical and quantitative skills + Demonstrated high level of organization skills + Results orientation, with demonstrated ability to apply situational analysis to optimize project efficiency and outcomes Preferred Skills and Qualifications: + Degree emphasis in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field + Working knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse + Experience with Microsoft Power BI + Experience with supply chain and/or product management + Experience with business intelligence or analytics software + Experience with data modeling, data extraction, data mapping Join us in making a significant impact through data-driven decision-making.
