Key Responsibilities: 

Creating reports that highlight key metrics and trends and providing analysis on the findings of the report. 

Designing and developing dashboards that help users to understand complex data. 

Directly working with stakeholders to gather requirements, generate reports, and present findings and analysis. 

Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of assigned reports.  

Conduct routine reviews of the assigned reports to ensure the integrity and security of the data.  

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply 

Experience: At least 3-4 years' experience in any data analysis, business reporting, business intelligence, workforce management or similar roles, and at least 1-2 years relevant experience in dealing with KPIs of BPOs/shared services industry 

Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation) 

Shift Schedule: Amenability to work on the night or rotating shift (dependent on business need) 

Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves: 

Should have advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel (Power Query & VBA Macro) and basic to intermediate knowledge on Microsoft PowerPoint and Business Intelligence Tools such as PowerBI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or any other similar tool 

Should have hands-on experience at collecting, transforming, and compiling raw data and generating useful reports from the raw information.  

Should have demonstrated data storytelling and data visualization skills to create compelling reports with dashboard elements like tables, charts, graphs, heat maps, and data models.  

Should have an extensive familiarity with data management concepts and business reporting principles and best practices. 

Should have analytical skills to rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data and derive useful insights from these data sets.
