Job Description

The Business Architect will help support strategic transformation activity within Experian by aligning our goals with technology solutions, supporting business transformation, business analysis, requirement gathering, project delivery, and process automation.

The Associate Business Architect will report to P2C Solution Architect and will engage with multiple partners across the business to understand challenges in current processes and work with delivery teams to support implementation of process improvement which leverages our main systems of CPQ, Salesforce, CLM, ServiceNow and Oracle.

Business Transformation: Support business transformation programs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.Business Analysis: Help conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop requirements.Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with partners to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Project Delivery: Support the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Process Automation: Identify and help implement process automation opportunities to improve operations and improve productivity.Stakeholder ManagementStrategic Planning: Help develop and maintain business architecture models and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and latest technologies to lead innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What you'll need to bring:

Experience as an Associate Business Architect or similar role.Knowledge of business transformation, business analysis, requirement gathering, project delivery, and process automation.Help develop business architecture models and roadmaps.Proficiency in stakeholder management and strategic planning.Familiarity with industry capability frameworks and best practices.Experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Basic knowledge of business technologies and processes.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).Understanding of CRM systems and their implementation.Familiarity with process automation tools and techniques.
