Champion change to create thriving workplaces.
As a valued associate business development consultant, you will partner with senior advisers to synthesize materials for pursuits, collaborate on executive presentations, identify key business insights, guide esteemed client relationships, and execute on deliverables with excellence as a key member of Gallup’s highly regarded consultative business advisory group. Your developmental journey will also include working alongside expert consultants to organize detailed project plans, resolve implementation issues, and ensure deliverables exceed clients’ expectations. You will not only understand our business, but also — and more importantly — our clients’ business. You will know clients better than they know themselves as you participate in our developmental program that emphasizes understanding our work and clients’ needs as you work with our talented colleagues and business leaders.
Your effort fuels your growth. You will be involved in all stages of a pursuit by collaborating on and orchestrating the project management of contracts from start to finish. Your talents and abilities allow you to learn a client’s business, actively listen to comprehend challenges, discern the client’s needs and goals, and use critical thinking to form the astute recommendations that create exceptional workplaces and engaged customers for our clients. The investment you make in mastering each component of the role — combined with high-impact, hands-on experiences — will result in a rewarding and engaging career in consultative business development.
If you are committed to providing impeccable deliverables, bold thinking, deftness in relationship-building and effective influence, your performance will lead to dynamic career growth.
