Associate Business Manager
As an Associate Business Manager you will support our business operations with specific focused responsibility on supporting financial performance. You'll participate in indirect and program budget preparation, cost control and oversight, and business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities. You'll serve as the alternate liaison between the business groups and Corporate Business Operations to support and fulfill their Financial and Programmatic controls & and cost/schedule checks and balances responsibilities. And you'll support the Business Operations Manager and our team in fulfilling all responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Work with Business Manager to lead team of Program Financial Analysts in all areas of financial program execution. Prepare analysis and reporting to Business Operations and Program Management to help guide decisions and ensure timely and accurate business decisions. Manage budget and execution of direct programs through Cobra Financial Software, Costpoint and ECRM (Enterprise Customer Relationship Management) Systems.Analyze Risks and Opportunities relating to Program Orders, Revenue, and Fee for a diverse portfolio of  Mission Systems & Operations Programs. Collaborate with all disciplines within the organization (Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, etc.) to assemble and analyze complete Business Unit execution. Create and Maintain Profit and Loss Statements. Integrate into Proposal Management to ensure program requirements are understood and align with historical performance and correct resource allocations are utilized. 

Must-haves:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field -Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationTypically, 4+ years of progressive finance experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements. Basic understanding of indirect rate compositionAbility to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projectionsProficiency with Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel and Power PointAbility to obtain and maintain a United States Secret Security Clearance

Preferred:

Experience in Earned Value Management System support and auditingSupporting proposal responses and compliance plansAdvising and supporting Government/Contractor Integrated Baseline Review (IBR)Review of program CDRLSExperience with financial management of government FAR compliant programs.Knowledge of Cobra and Microsoft Project
