Responsibilities:
Assisting in reviewing/updating/finalizing Program EACs, Orders, Revenue, Earnings, Cashflow portfolios as it relates to entire BU/PLInvestigating/researching/answering questions related to programmatic variancesManage, build, and inspire a team of Program Financial AnalystsMust Haves:
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related fieldTypically, 4+ years of progressive finance experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.A higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationStrong financial analysis skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office softwareFamiliarity with direct and indirect rate structuresAdvanced Excel knowledgeExperience with Earned Value Management or advanced understanding of Earned Value MetricsUnderstanding of or experience in the Program Financial Analyst Role Understanding of monthly CPPM cycle and BU reporting requirements (inclusive of Variance Analysis, Risk Management, Revenue Reviews, Resource Planning, Orders Forecast, etc.)Proficiency in the following Applications (Cobra, Microsoft Project, ECRM, Teams, EBI/PowerBI, and Sharepoint) The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
