This position does not offer relocation assistance. **Job Summary** Join a team of high performing analysts responsible for multiple simultaneous projects with critical due dates associated with the customer experience. **Responsibilities:** + Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues that impact a customer’s ability to contact Dominion Energy, + Prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process. + Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies. + Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. + Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature. + Provides eBusiness Support to ensure functionality of self-service applications + Analyze customer behavior to address customer and business needs + Identify opportunities to enhance technology for business/internal processes, standards, and specifications to create an efficient and effective self-service system + Resolve technical issues and provide support to agents who report customer issues with self-service channels + Collaborate with end users, Customer Service, and IT to ensure alignment in both the technical and non-technical sides of the business + Conduct user acceptance testing for various application and systems prior to deployment + Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude used to develop metrics, trend data, and analyze reporting + Support the business in after-hours rotation and in emergency situations such as storms or other events **Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience** 0-2 years of directly related experience. + Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. + Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. + Effective analytical skills. + Strong computer skills. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Analytical business acumen + Collaborative in a team environment + Proficient Excel and Office skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Alteryx + SQL + Forecasting + IVR and Call Center metric familiarity + Voice and Speech data analytics **Education Requirements** Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor Preferred Discipline(s): Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance Other Disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above. **Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description** **Working Conditions** Office Work Environment 76 -100% **Other Working Conditions** **Test Description** No Testing Required **Export Control** Certain positions at Dominion Energy may involve access to information and technology subject to export controls under U.S. law.
