Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Business Services, the Associate Business Services Analyst supports successful collaboration with internal and external customers and/or suppliers to meet business needs within the Business Services function. You will respond to information requests and communicate the impact to stakeholders and partners. The responsibilities of this role could span across multiple functions.
You Will:
Help gather and interpret data with various levels of problem solvingIdentify problems and opportunities, recommending solutionsCreate reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action/ resolutionPresent findings that assist understanding, alignment, and informed decision making.Help to improve business processes and customer requestsWork across functions and with various levels within the organizationDocument business process and recommend process improvementsExercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issuesSupport work in an ambiguous and dynamic business environmentOrganize and prioritize multiple activities simultaneouslyDemonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a cross functional teamWork across geographies and culturesPractice influence and peer collaboration; get work done through othersAct as the escalation contact for internal and external partners.Exemplifies our values of Integrity, External Focus, Broad-mindedness, Agility, Leadership and Results while creating a vibrant cultureYou Have:
Bachelor's degree in business related field and up to 3 years related business experience requiredData Visualization experience with PowerBI or a similar toolStrong communication skills, written and verbalIntellectual curiositySelf-starter with ability to work independentlyPossesses the capacity to apply critical thinkingProficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookDomestic and International travel may be requiredAbility to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast-paced business environmentAbility to work 3 days per week onsite in our Omaha office: Tues, Weds & Thurs#LI-MC1
