Associate Business Solutions Analyst - WEEKEND SHIFT

The Associate Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for providing end user support for system applications used within the Crocs Ohio Distribution Center, including Manhattan Warehouse Management (WMOS 18) and integrated Material Handling Equipment (MHE) software.  Responsibilities include responding to and resolving incidents and requests submitted by warehouse staff as well as working with business users and management to understand requirements, priorities and manage to their exceptions.  This position will also work with multiple departments to identify areas for process or system improvement. This position works weekends, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm. 
 

What You'll Do Field incoming queries and requests from Distribution Center end users.  Speaking directly to end users to quickly understand their issue.  Gather required information related to requests, troubleshoot to determine root cause and provide solutions to end users.  Where necessary, replicate issues in non-production environment and escalate to appropriate IT departments, both internal and external. Recognize critical or above incidents and follow established escalation and notification paths to engage appropriate teams in a timely manner.   Manage communication and status updates to impacted parties. Partner with Crocs training department to ensure the system components of training materials are accurate and up to date. Establish a good working relationship with all levels of Operations – supervisors to end users.   Work with the Operations team to identify pain points and opportunities for additional training.  Work with Business Solutions Architects to identify if there are potential system or process changes that can relieve common issues in Operations.  Develop and maintain expertise on system functional flow at the Distribution Center. Support Business Solution Architects with testing and training of new system processes. Perform other incidental and related duties as required. Perform all functions in accordance with IT and Crocs business practices and procedures. What You'll Bring to the Table Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of intellectual instruction and work experience. Ability to quickly learn new software applications and become a resident expert on the functionality used by Crocs OHDC. Working knowledge of distribution center processes and system needs. Understanding of relational databases and SQL. Strong organizational skills, able to navigate multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Punctual, accountable, and professional. Strong communication skills: be able to manage, influence, communicate at various levels, and deliver presentations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Must be able to work weekends - Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 6:00am to 6:30pm.

Title: Associate Business Solutions Analyst - WEEKEND SHIFT 

Salary or Pay Range: $62,000-$72,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
