Associate CAS Content Coordinator
As a Brand Services Coordinator at Bazaarvoice, you will work directly with brands participating in our consumer generated content (CGC) programs, including sampling. You’ll provide customer support and strategic guidance to help our customers achieve their CGC goals. Your goal will be to generate high customer satisfaction, while helping customers complete their tasks quickly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with team members in the US and Europe. You'll help your customers with tasks such as product selection, shipping and fulfillment, as well as handle escalations, conduct training webinars and maintain instructional documentation.

Hours: 10am - 7pm EESTWhat you will doServe as the main point of contact for brands participating in consumer-generated content (CGC) programs, including sampling, providing excellent customer support and building strong relationships with clientsAssist customers with day-to-day tasks related to product selection, shipping, and fulfillment, ensuring smooth and efficient completion of their tasksGenerate high customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer concerns, inquiries, and escalations promptly and professionallyReport on the collection and display of reviews and other consumer-generated content, providing insights and analysis to assist brands in understanding their performance and identifying areas for improvementConduct training webinars to educate and onboard clients, providing them with the necessary knowledge and resources to maximize their success in CGC programsWho you areFluent in EnglishStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated success in customer-facing role, order fulfillment, or handling a client portfolioAbility to perform a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Excel skills preferredBachelor’s degree preferredProject management and SaaS customer service experience a plus€1,800 - €1,920 a monthEUR gross per month

We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary.
