The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring an Associate Category Manager as part of our corporate procurement team to lead procurement sourcing & category management efforts related to Operating Supplies, Equipment & Services for Two Kings Casino & Hotel located in Kings Mountain, NC. This role can be based either at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, NY, or in close proximity to Two Kings Casino & Hotel in Kings Mountain, NC. As an Associate Category Manager, you will support various categories tied to Two Kings Casino & Hotel, including foodservice equipment, smallwares, furniture, fixtures and other hotel supplies and services. Depending on location, this role will require ~25% travel to Kings Mountain, NC, or Buffalo, NY and may include other travel as required. An increased amount of travel to Kings Mountain may be required, as needed

Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Work with business and category stakeholders for assigned categories to develop and execute procurement sourcing strategies supporting the vision, values and goals related to Two Kings Casino & Hotel.Negotiate supplier contractual terms and conditions that are consistent with company standards and deliver the best overall value to Two Kings Casino & Hotel.Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and suppliers.Drive strong relationships with suppliers to ensure deliveries and products are timely, within specification and meeting overall quality expectations.Maximize category adoption/compliance and overall end-user satisfaction by establishing contractual service level expectations tied to measurable KPI’S.Provide detailed reporting and analysis of assigned categories and suppliers as it relates to Two Kings Casino & Hotel.Manage review and payment of invoices.Adhere to ethical procurement practices, including compliance with corporate and departmental policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local regulations.Other responsibilities as assigned.
