Job Description:
We are looking for a proven ‘human centric’ change management practitioner that leads our change initiatives. Empathy, curiosity, communication, and relationship skills are key to drive a ‘human centric’ change. You will team up with our client leadership and with change leaders. We expect you to coach young graduates as part of the change team or as part of the project team. We will invite you to play an active role in developing the business.
As an Associate Change Management Consultant, you lead small to medium size change missions or drive the change track of major transformation programs (often enabled by disruptive technology). You will be working across industries on different type of change projects: e.g. new operating models or organizations, post-merger integrations or carve-outs, new ways of working, adoption of new digital tools, enabling new cultures.

Collaborate with consultants, advisors, and experts to develop and deliver tailored solutionsAssist in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their technology challenges and contributing to solutionsCollaborate with the team to design innovative solutions addressing clients' technology challengesSupport identifying new business opportunities and contribute to client presentations and proposal developmentProvide insights and assist in executing the strategic direction of the Consulting Services divisionAssist in project management, ensuring delivery within budget and maintaining client valueCollaborate with other departments for integrated client engagement and service delivery
