The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Associate Dean of Finance and Administration, the Associate CFO will play a pivotal role in steering the financial future of the DGSOM. In this role, you will:

Lead and oversee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and Internal Control & Compliance functions. Manage a consolidated budget and resource allocation process for the School. Develop long-term financial strategies and provide insightful analysis to support strategic initiatives. Build advanced forecasting models and reporting tools to guide decision-making at all levels. Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to the Senior Associate Dean, ensuring financial efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation across all units.
