Winchester Hospital is seeking an Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Inpatient Services & Staffing Resources (ACNO) to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing care delivery across our busy inpatient units. We are seeking incumbents who have the ability to guide and inspire teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate care while maintaining a focus on strategic initiatives that align with our mission and values. + Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations, staffing, and clinical excellence + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation to remain aligned with the organizational strategic initiatives. + Proven leadership skills resulting in strong and effective relationships among and between all departments, contributing to a culture of excellence and an environment where it is safe to give and receive care. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate with CNO, Nurse Leaders, Providers and other disciplines to enhance the care delivery to our patients as they transition across the continuum of care. + Strong partnership skills with key constituents across the organization to promote recruitment, training, and retention strategies. + Directs budget management, resource allocation and implements strategies to improve quality and safety of care and services while sustaining fiscal accountability. Qualifications: + Education/Licenses: Master’s degree in Nursing (or closely related field) or must obtain Master’s degree within 5 years of hire (either the Bachelors or Master’s degree must be in Nursing). Preferred: Master’s degree on hire + Required: Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration + Experience: Five years experience in clinical practice & clinical leadership.
