About the Role

Process Minor Claims cases for AIA Singapore policy as per stipulated requirements and benchmarks

Key Responsibilities

Assess reimbursement claims (outpatient & inpatient) cases in accordance to requirements & benchmarks.

Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals

Liaise with relevant parties and stakeholders for a smooth and thorough claims assessment.

Maintain awareness for potential fraudulent activities and conduct further investigation to mitigate risk.

Correspond and reply via email to Hospitals or other relevant parties on any enquiry related to Minor Claims processing

Performs other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Requirements

Education qualification in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Health Science, Biology or related fields

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.

Sound knowledge of medical terms and claims processes

Ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese will be an added advantage to support Chinese nationals that are based in Singapore.
