Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the facility in clean and orderly condition. The incumbent will perform cleaning duties in the controlled manufacturing environment as well as other areas in the facility such as laboratories, recycling, cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Cleans building floors using methods such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gathers and empties trash.
• Services, cleans, and stocks supplies in restrooms.
• Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dusts furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Cleans laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment.
• Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Notifies managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Performs other duties as required.


Education & Experience:
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in facility maintenance/ cleaning. Hospital or controlled room experience a plus.

• Specialized Knowledge: Controlled Manufacturing Environment cleaning
