What will I be doing? 

Drive business development for new and existing accounts with a focus on RWE solutions  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges Act as point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery Take overall responsibility for designing proposals and pitching complex, RWE offerings Lead complex RWE studies, including non-interventional studies (NIS) from conceptualization to completion across multiple therapeutic areas and product lifecycles

 

What do I need to bring with me? 

6-8 years extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong focus on RWE Proven record in developing and growing client relationships, with the ability to lead RWE-focused business development activities across different therapeutic areas and product life cycle  Strong understanding of RWE study designs, data sources, and analytical methodologies Working knowledge of global, regional, and local regulatory and quality frameworks governing RWE studies, including associated process requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively Solid project management skills with the ability to drive delivery in a dynamic environment. Native or fluent in English; additional languages are a plus  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization  Embraces our core values to of collaboration, innovation, and client-centered excellence
