We are seeking a talented individual to join our Toronto team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Associate Client Executive, you will ultimately be fully accountable for all solutions and resource delivery to the client as well as the management and growth of the client P&L, individually and in the aggregate across a book of business. You will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, acquiring new clients, and partnering with various resources to provide superior client solutions. This role will also partner with Client Executives on accounts to support their client service efforts and as an avenue for professional development.
We will count on you to:
Review client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage, and analyze the risk to determine the product/service requirementsCommunicate client needs and binding instructions to insurersImplement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documentsCreate and present renewal proposals to existing clientsConduct stewardship meetings with client participationGenerate new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the business plan along with the teamManage timely billing/collection for each clientDevelop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunitiesEngage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best in-front resources for each client/prospectParticipate in professional development activities/coursesComply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clientsWhat you need to have:
3+ years of experience working with commercial insuranceRIBO license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hireStrong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance, and issuesGood problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization including the ‘C’ SuiteStrong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlinesProficient with MS OfficeWhat makes you stand out?
