We are actively seeking an Associate Client Project Administrator to join in our Deer Park, NY office. In this position you will collaborate with clients, internal colleagues, and external partners to execute and fulfill corporate action distributions to shareholders.
We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote.
Responsibilities:
+ Act as member of an operations team that provides corporate action support to over 130 bank/broker clients.
+ Execute mailings based on issuer requirement and custodial participation expectations.
+ Monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and make appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient.
+ Have a logical approach to gathering data and analyzing it to solve client inquiries.
+ Act as the front line; supporting members of the team and management to maintain and grow our client base.
+ Participate on a team as an up and coming client advocate and interfaces between all departments.
+ Learn from the team role models regarding consistent implementation of standard methodologies with regard to client interactions and departmental procedures.
+ Participate in ongoing projects, including drafting written requirements or procedures as requested.
+ Research and respond, in a timely manner, to requests from clients or associates regarding their needs and interests.
+ Partner internally, as well as with other departments, to continually add efficiency to the day-to-day processes.
+ Develop favorable client relationships in order to identify additional service needs and ensure client satisfaction.
+ Facilitate support of business continuity testing and documentation
+ Participate in client meetings, product demos, and business reviews on and off site to build stronger business relationships.
Qualifications:
+ BA/BS degree preferred.
+ Voluntary Corporate Actions experience is a plus.
+ Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment: reliable, clear communicator, respectful, active listener and share team inbox responsibilities.
+ Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team; ability to think from a new perspective and creatively.
+ Willingness to accept responsibility or to account for ones actions.
+ Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
+ Strong problem-solving skills: able to gather data, determine the root cause, solve for the future.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
+ Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation Range: The salary for this position is $27 hourly.
