Job title: Associate Client Project Manager/PMO Coordinator

Location: Staines or Cheadle offices dependant on candidate location

ADP is seeking an Associate Client Project Manager/PMO Coordinator. This is a Hybrid role with a 50/50 split across the two roles.

 

The Project Manager role is to manage and take accountability for the successful delivery of national and multi-national client implementation projects to time, cost and quality.

 

The role:

Manage full lifecycle multiple implementation projects using methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile on a day-to-day basis Travel to client sites in UK & Ireland regularly to continually build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the implementation Communicate with and manage key stakeholders, at all levels - manage multi-disciplined resource assigned to projects Communication and co-ordination of project activities including portfolio reporting Create and actively manage and maintain project documentation including plans, risk, action, issue and decision logs Advise clients on good practice within Payroll/HR processes, systems, change management and organisational transformation Manage change and deliver full scope including successful handover to service teams / clients and ensure timely project close and sign off

The PMO Coordinator position oversees facilitation of client project implementations by planning and driving project calls and project team updates.

 

The role:

Production of project plans in Project Place for the project lead / consultants for new assignments. Providing ad-hoc support to consultants in planning matters and acting as the project management office resource for consultant led projects. Support the delivery of client implementations. Close working with resourcing and allocations team to ensure new requests are managed promptly and new allocations or requests are evenly distributed.

Motivated individual with effective communication to stakeholders at all levels keeping the right people informed. Able to make well balanced decisions when confronting problems and issues. Effectively plan and control the project actively managing delivery strategy, progress against plan, decisions, risks and actions. Strong project co-ordination skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and solid relationship building skills. The confidence to lead calls and meetings with associates and clients at all levels and to Lead the project team to achieve delivery of the full scope of the project. Experience in progressing and documentation of plan, decisions, risks and actions. Proficient in Project Place product (desirable), Microsoft Project and Office 365 suite. Experience of project management (desirable). Experience of end-to-end implementations - data migration, user acceptance testing and parallel run processes (desirable). Prince2 or similar Qualified Practitioner or equivalent experience.
