Associate Client Relationship Director

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Mercer China. This role will be based in Guangzhou Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Is able to understand the business implications of decisions and what it takes to drive profitable growth. Develop alternative solutions for product innovation. Support knowledge transferring and product training with the team.Leads large/complicated client teams’ projects and deadlines by utilizing project management tools. Extends and expand current client relationship and add on new clients. Responsible for establishing necessary carrier/vendor relationships with appropriate contacts to serve clients. Address client problems proactively and independently.Generates new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the sales plan. Introduces Mercer EH&B products and services to new clients. Provides EH&B Sales Leader with new and expanded business opportunities.Involves in product improvement and development. Contributes to operational streamlining and optimization. Drive the achievement of financial result and effectively manage AR.In addition to managing, coaching/mentoring team members, contribute to knowledge transferring and talent management.

What you need to have: 

Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in, Human resources, Actuarial studies, Applied psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Statistics discipline etc.The desire to work in a team environment with a proven ability to be an effective team player.Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.Highly proficient computer skills.
