ROLE PURPOSE
· To be a manager for both the assigned clients and the dispatched employees for HR related services;
· To control timely and accurate payroll, Social Insurance calculation related services for the dispatched employees of ADP Employer Services BOB division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
· Control and ensure payroll and Social Insurance processing schedules and related tasks/events on behalf of assigned client organizations in accordance with ADP and Client requirements;
· Efficient communication with Clients and each internal department;
· Provide HR-related consulting to both the assigned clients and dispatched employees;
· Ensure the quality of ADP dispatching services based on client requirements while ensuring that ADP complies with relevant laws and regulations;
· Design and participate in testing and validation as required for product updates and cyclical processing events;Participate in planning and testing product updates and processes
· Manage client funds and income; Monitor client payments and payroll/insurance movements
· Lead team member and improve capability of services

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR Management, Business Administration or related;
· Fluent Oral English and Native Japanese
· 3-5 years people management working experience;
· Experienced processes and procedures in employment, payroll, Social Insurance , etc.;
· Familiar with Labour Law and other legislative requirements in Japan;
· Good client service and communication skills ;
· Attention to details and insight for innovation;
· Good leadership and teamwork;
· OBC Bugyo Experience Preferred
