Summary: The Clinical Compensation Administration Associate plays a critical role in the design and administration of the organization’s clinical compensation program. They administer and calculate compensation promptly and accurately, and support setup for new providers and sites and changes to existing compensation plans. This position leverages compensation calculation software for efficiency and accuracy, but also leverages analytical and critical thinking skills to identify errors, solve problems, and respond to inquiries. As an expert in a subset of sites and/or compensation plans, the Analyst is a trusted resource for compensation plan knowledge and an important partner in issue resolution.

Paid Time Off: Envision Physician Services offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
